Welcome to my home evaluation form. Let me help you find the value of your home by running a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), I'll find the value of your property in the current real estate market.

I can evaluate the prices of properties similar to yours that have recently sold in your area (recent sale prices are only available to Realtors). This analysis will give you a better idea of your property's market value, one of the first - and essential! - steps as you prepare to sell your home. All it takes is a few quick minutes to complete and submit the form below. I can estimate the value of some homes, especially apartments and townhouses, without viewing them but as I rule I prefer to see the home, it's condition and any improvements, view, etc. Each home is unique and has it's own special features, it's really not fair to simply guess at something so important.
