Buying
Buying a home is often one of the largest financial and emotional commitments you'll ever make, and Wayne will be there for you each step of the way.
The first step is to consult with your bank or mortgage broker to determine how much you can afford to pay. This knowledge will allow you to start searching in the price range that you're comfortable in. Wayne can set you up to receive new listings from the Multiple Listing Service as they are listed (this is done separately from this website and is the quickest way to receive new listings) for you to look at at, and will arrange a private appointment for you to view any that you're interested in.
When you're ready to make an offer Wayne will draft a Contract of Purchase and Sale, and negotiate to get you the best price and terms possible. From there, he'll help see you through the home inspections, financing details and closing, until it's time to put the key to your new home into your hand!
