ABOUT WAYNE

Wayne was born and raised in Port Moody and now lives with his wife and two sons in beautiful Port Coquitlam. Wayne volunteers in the community as a Director of the Port Coquitlam Business Improvement Association and has coached both sons in minor hockey and soccer. A committed and enthusiastic hockey player, you'll find him out on the ice whenever time allows!

Wayne has been a Realtor since 1989, and established Ty-Con Properties Ltd. in 1995 after recognizing a need for professional management services in the area. Wayne brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his clients and is determined to provide a high level of expertise when representing them in the sale of their homes or helping them to buy a new home or investment property . Wayne takes great pride in personally representing each of his clients with support from his marketing assistant and staff at Royal LePage West.
